Terms and Conditions: SK Concern - Export-Import Services
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of export-import services provided by SK Concern ("Company"). By engaging in business with SK Concern, you ("Client") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement: Client agrees to engage SK Concern for the provision of export-import services as outlined in the service agreement or scope of work provided. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data shared during the course of business.
3. Payments: Client agrees to pay fees and charges as specified in the service agreement. Payment terms, methods, and due dates will be communicated and must be adhered to. Late payments may incur penalties.
4. Scope of Services: SK Concern shall provide services in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to separate negotiation and agreement.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Client acknowledges that export-import operations are subject to various international regulations and laws. SK Concern shall make reasonable efforts to ensure compliance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the Client.
6. Quality Assurance: SK Concern undertakes measures to ensure product quality meets international standards. However, the Client is encouraged to conduct independent quality checks upon receipt of goods.
7. Shipping and Logistics: The Company shall facilitate shipping and logistics as per the agreed terms. Any delays, damages, or losses caused during transportation are subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping provider.
8. Risk and Liability: While SK Concern strives to minimize risks, the Client acknowledges that global trade inherently involves uncertainties. SK Concern shall not be held liable for losses, damages, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of their respective owners. Client grants SK Concern the right to use its name and logo for promotional purposes.
10. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding fees and obligations shall be settled before termination takes effect.
11. Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach an amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
12. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal actions shall be pursued within the courts of [Jurisdiction].
13. Amendment and Waiver: Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
By engaging with SK Concern's export-import services, the Client affirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.

1. পরিষেবা চুক্তি: ক্লায়েন্ট সার্ভিস চুক্তি বা কাজের পরিসীমা অনুসারে এসকে কনসার্নের সাথে সার্ভিস প্রদানের জন্য এসকে কনসার্নের সাথে সম্মতি দেয়। কাজের পরিসীমা পরিবর্তন বার্তা বা লেখা দ্বারা দুটি পক্ষের সাথে লেখিত মধ্যবর্তী চুক্তির অধীনে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
2. গোপনীয়তা: উভয় পক্ষের কর্মী যৌক্তিক তথ্য, বাণিজ্যিক রহস্য, এবং সুস্থ তথ্য সম্পাদন সময়ে গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখতে সম্মত হন।
3. পেমেন্ট: ক্লায়েন্ট এসকে কনসার্নের দ্বারা সুনির্দিষ্ট ফি এবং চার্জ প্রদান করার সাথে সাথে সম্মত হয়। অর্থ প্রদানের শর্তাবলী, পদ্ধতি এবং নির্ধারিত তারিখগুলি সম্মত হতে হবে এবং মেয়াদটি মেয়াদ মেয়াদে মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদ মেয়াদে সম্মতি দেয়। বিলে অতিরিক্ত শোধ অনুমোদিত হবে।
4. পরিষেবার পরিসীমা: এসকে কনসার্ন সম্মিলিত পরিষেবাসমূহ অনুসারে প্রদান করা হবে। যেকোনও অতিরিক্ত পরিষেবা ক্লায়েন্ট দ্বারা অনুরোধ করা হলে সেটি বিশ্বাস করার জন্য বিচার এবং একযোগে সম্মতি দেওয়া হবে।
5. নিয়মিত পরিষেবা: ক্লায়েন্ট একযোগে গোপনীয়তা নিয়মের অধীনে পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হবে। রপ্তানি-আমদানি কর্তৃপক্ষের উদ্দেশ্যে পরিষেবা প্রদান করার সাথে সাথে পরিষেবা মড এর অধীনে পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হবে।
6. গুনতি নিশ্চিতকরণ: উচ্চ গুণমান বজায় রাখা প্রাধান্যপূর্ণ। আমরা বৈশিষ্ট্যযুক্ত গুণমান নিয়ন্ত্রণ উপযুক্ত মান এবং গ্রাহকের প্রত্যাশাগুলি পূরণ করার জন্য পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করি।
7. আবাসন এবং পরিষ্কার: কোম্পানি শর্তাবলী অনুসারে আবাসন এবং পরিষ্কার সুবিধা প্রদান করবে। যে কোনও বিলতি, ক্ষতি বা নষ্ট যায় এমন কোনও সময় সময় যে সময় মেয়াদশীতা বিলের শর্তাবলীর অধীনে পরিকল্পনা এবং শিপিং প্রদানকারীর শর্তাবলীর অধীনে বলা হবে।
8. ঝুঁকি এবং দায়িত্ব: SK কনসার্ন ঝুঁকি ন্যূনতমে করার চেষ্টা করে যা ক্লায়েন্ট অনুমোদন করেন। তবে, ক্লায়েন্ট উপায়ে পণ্য গুণমান মোতাবেক যাচাই প্রয়োজনীয় বলে স্বীকৃতি দেয়।
9. বৈধ মামুল: এসকে কনসার্ন শ্রমিকদের পর্যায়ে গোপনীয়তা নিয়মগুলি মেনে চলার প্রয়াস করে, কিন্তু ক্লায়েন্ট শ্রমিকদের দ্বারা পর্যায়ে গোপনীয়তা নিয়ম মেনে চলতে সম্মতি দেয়।
10. স্বেচ্ছা গুণমান: স্বেচ্ছা গুণমান সম্পর্কে এসকে কনসার্ন যাচাই করে, এমনকি ক্লায়েন্ট পণ্য প্রাপ্তির সময় স্বাধীন গুণমান যাচাই প্রয়োজনীয় বলে উপযুক্ত হতে পারে।
